Nice article about questions you might ask the interviewer during a job interview (#3). These are some more questions you might consider to ask:

· What salary is anticipated for the position? What non-salary benefits are associated?
· What cultural opportunities exist in the community?
· What is the cost of living in the community?
· What kinds of housing are available?
· Describe the community in terms of stability, ethnic composition and race relations.
· When top performers leave the company, why do they leave and where do they usually go?
· I am very interested in this job, and I know your endorsement is key to my receiving an offer. May I have your endorsement?
